The Sony Ericsson R300 Radio has blasted through the FCC with its AM/FM radio and dedicated loudspeaker. Interestingly, the version at the FCC supports tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900MHz), with no mention of the other (850/1800/1900MHz) version that was also announced.The R300 Radio features a simple VGA-resolution camera and a small 1.8" color display. The handset also sports Sony Ericsson's TrackID application, which allows you to record a small snippet of a song and get information such as artist, album, and track title right on your phone. The R300 Radio can also record and save music played by the AM/FM radio for playback later.
