HTC is ready to launch a new model of advanced smartphone, called S640 Iris with support to nets dualband and CMDA.
The device is powered by a 400 Qualcomm MSM7500 MHz processor and has 64 MB of memory RAM, Mobile Windows 6 Standard,2,4 inch 240 x 320 pixel resolution, 65.000 colors. f 2 Megapixel digital camera with LED flash.
Inside the S640 we find the support to wi-fi the 802,11 b/g, bluetooth and 128 of internal memory and a microSD slot, miniUSB and QWERTY keyboard with a small scrool wheel.
No word on Price and availability of HTC S640.
