The S312 is directed towards a younger demographic of phone user hoping to grab a quick snap. The S312 includes a handy 2 megapixel camera with 2.5x digital zoom. Additional options include the ability to record YouTube videos with the dedicated video camera key. Making the model even more camera-phone-friendly is included applications for touching up photos and uploading them to the web. Looking at a release this quarter, Sony Ericsson stated in a Press Release that the model “also allows you to get organised and keep track of your hectic lifestyle by ensuring that you never miss another birthday or appointment again – store all you important dates, add reminders – then sit back and relax.” The model comes with the accessory of ‘clip on handsfree bluetooth’ as well as the specifics of:
