May 6 sees unveiling of HTC Android-based Dream

HTC has sent out invitations to their sort of press event in London UK, which according to Vincent over at Slashphone: “Witness the next wave of HTC Innovation.” This event has been slated to begin on 6th May 2008 where HTC will be unveiling their new HTC Dream handset.

The HTC Dream, an Android-based mobile handset that is 5 inches in length and 3 inches wide, and is said to incorporate a full-body touch-screen, a QWERTY keyboard, and whispers say the HTC Dream is going to be geared towards intuitive web browsing. It still isn’t clear if HTC will actually unveil the HTC Dream on 6th May as there has been no official announcement, however, one can only hope.
