Cricket has announced the launch of their UTStarcom CDM-7126, a low-end clamshell device which is among the first devices to support the 1700 MHz AWS frequency in addition to the high speed 800/1900 MHz data frequencies. The phone will be making a release exclusively to the Tulsa, Oklahoma market before branching out nationwide, including Las Vegas and Oklahoma City within 2008.
