Samsung U540 is another budget- class phone which boasts a 1.3 megapixel camera, 96 x 96 external display and a 220 x 176 internal display, supports MP3 , stereo Bluetooth connectivity, and a microSD memory card slot for expansion options.Its available for C$69.99 with 3-years subscription, and if you wanted one without a subscription , you need to shell out C$249.99.
