Motorola introduced next generation of RAZR phones


Motorola announced the MOTORAZR's 2nd generation phone.These new RAZR's are slim and sleek than the original RAZR .The latest MOTO RAZR 2 handset has two colorful QVGA displays . A 2.2inch main display and a 2inch external display on the front. The external display and the dedicated music keys of RAZR 2 are very useful while the phone closed.
MOTORAZR 2 sports a 2 Megapixel digital camera and uses Bluetooth for connectivity. It is expected that Motorola will release RAZR2 by this summer.

Other MOTORAZR2 phones : V8 for GSM/EDGE networks, the V9 for HSDPA and V9m for EV-DO.

  • RAZR V8 a quad-band GSM/EDGE phone supports the new Linux/Java platform comes with the new user-friendly features , interfaces and it has a full featured HTML browser. Measuring only 12mm thickness the V8 lacks memory card slot but its balanced by the 2 GigaByte on-board memory .

  • RAZR V9 looks thicker comparing to two other phones,if don't mind the extra thickness you will get the noise cancellation technology,microSD slot and video sharing capabilities.Motorola disappointed us with the older "Synergy" platform. RAZR V9 will be released at the end of this summer with quad-band GSM and HSDPA 850/1900 for the US.

  • RAZR V9m also measures 12mm but it has EV-DO technology and dedicated multimedia keys that are invisible while inactive, comes to life only when you need it.
