Helio has announced its latest GPS-enabled " Heat "cell phone developed by Samsung.
Heat users can navigate through Google Maps on a 1.99-inch QVGA (240×320) 262k colors LCD display. Helio has a 1.3 megapixel with a integrated flash. Heat uses MPEG-4 formats for capturing Videos with the 136MB of internal storage.
