Opera has just updated their Opera Mini to version 4.1. This browser lets the server end of the connection do all the hard work, making browsing the internet on a mobile phone’s connection a more pleasant experience, both for the user, and the user’s wallet.Though with the popularity of WiFi and unlimited data plans, the main reason for using Opera Mini, which is to reduce bandwidth usage, is fading.
Having said that, Opera Mini is still a very good mobile browser. It’s features include URL completion, up to 50% faster then v4.0 and the ability to save web pages for later viewing.
