Some Asians may have been drooling over the response of the iPhone over in American markets, as the iPhone isn't officially launched in many parts of Asia...Yet! Globe, Singtel, Bharti Airtel and Optus announced yesterday that they have signed an agreement with Apple to bring the iPhone to the Philippines, Singapore, India and Australia later this year.The iPhone was predicted to reach Asia by mid 2008, hopefully this will be a 3G iPhone that will utilize the 3G network that is popular in Asia.
