Unless you've been living under a rock for the last two days you've heard of the Emperor's Club and how that relates to Eliot Spitzer, or how he's now more commonly known "Client-9".
The New York Governer officially resigned this morning, just 15 months after getting elected with a record 70% of the popular vote, and with polls showing 70% of New Yorkers now didn't want him. What caused his fall from grace is a complex question, involving reckless personal behavior and an obsure 1910 law called the Mann Act, meant to keep Black Men from having out-of-state White girlfriends.

The Smoking Gun has posted the FBI affidavit and the exchanges between Eliot Spitzer and his whores which reveal one key thing. The biggest problem with paying a hooker $4,300 isn't getting the money... it's figuring out how to withdraw that large amount of money without your bank reporting it.
