Gene Simmons lawyer, Barry E. Mallen, in an e-mail to valleywag.com has confirmed that really is the KISS bassist in the Gene Simmons Sex Tape but the woman isn't Elsa, a spokes model for Frank's Energy Drink as previously reported.
The actual star of the Gene Simmons Sex Tape is a model name Traci Anna Koval, famous for... well being the woman in the Gene Simmons Sex Tape I guess.
Simmons meanwhile is claiming that the clip is old and was filmed without his knowledge, likely on cell phone or security camera. Here's his official statement:
You may have heard or seen garbage that has sprung up from my past. Rest assured the proper legal team is looking at all ramifications and options.
