A month or so ago we told you about Erento, the company which was allowing users to rent an iPhone to try it out before they actually bought one. Based around the same idea, but for the price of free, TryPhone offers virtual working models of devices which can be demoed before making the decision to invest in a phone.A virtual image of the device loads in your browser, allowing you to operate the device as if you were actually holding it in your hands. So far the demo choices for US models are on the low side, but TryPhone says more handsets will be released every week. So far demo phones include the Apple iPhone, Blackberry Pearl, and HTC Shadow.
