Vodafone loses its lawsuit against T-Mobile by the iPhone free

T-Mobile is the company that distributes the iPhone in Germany, at the price of 399 euros and tied to a contract for 24 months. Vodafone, one of their competitors in this country, it was not very much agree with that T-Mobile has the exclusive phone and brought a lawsuit to prevent it.

T-Mobile, hoping that the judge decides the outcome of this demand, began to sell the iPhone free, the exorbitant price of 999 euros. But demand has already been resolved and has been in favor of T-Mobile, which can sell the iPhone locked without any problems.

It remains to be seen whether T-Mobile decided to stop selling the free version, which I doubt that many people buy, and if Vodafone will use the measure. In any case, France will still be possible to buy the iPhone free and priced a little smaller.
