Nokia N95 gets cloned by Chinese copy cats

Just about few weeks ago we have seen the clone of Nokia N73 by the Chinese copy cats. Now they are back in action with the Nokia N95 and they call it as Nokia-N95.
At this point we don't have clear specs about this Clone, by looking at pictures as you can see ,The phone is a candybar ,doesn't offer sliding option like the original N95.It has a 2.4" touch screen display and at top of the display it has a camera that shows this phone may offer 3G too.

Recently LG threatened these copy cats after their phones are cloned in this similar fashion.Now its Nokia turn to take some action.
